At Plan N Design we offer digital AutoCAD DWG drawings through subscription plans, as well as free downloads. Please review our Cancellation & Refunds Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or downloading any content.

1. Digital Products & Subscriptions

All products on Plan N Design are digital downloads and are available immediately after subscription activation or selecting a free drawing. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases or subscriptions once access to the content has been granted.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Daily , Monthly or Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the drawings included in your plan until the end of the current billing cycle. There will be no refunds or prorated credits for unused portions of the subscription.

Access Upon Cancellation: Once the billing cycle ends, you will lose access to the paid drawings and features of your subscription plan. Free drawings will remain accessible regardless of your subscription status.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Digital Product Purchases: All payments for digital drawings and subscriptions are non-refundable once the drawings are downloaded or once you have accessed your subscription benefits.

No Refund for Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you change your mind or mistakenly purchased a subscription. Ensure that you fully review the features of the subscription plan before making a payment.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription or product, please contact our support team, and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue with our digital products that prevents you from accessing the purchased drawings and our support team cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our support team within 4 days of the purchase.

5. Refund Request Process
